Helping You Stay Protected

Keith Carothers Homes offers three different warranties for our clients in Kempner, TX, and the surrounding areas in Central Texas.

Warranties:

Full one year builder warranty
Two year warranty on systems in the home
Ten year warranty on the structural elements of the home

Homes are enrolled in the 2/10 Home Buyer Warranty Company. Buyers receive a written warranty book explaining all coverage.
