Can you build on my land?

Yes. We can build your home on your land. If you don’t have your own land, we can show you our available lots.

What is the cost to build a custom home?

Custom home prices depend on many factors, such as location, lot cost, square footage, floor plan, and the amenities you want in your home. Keith will work directly with you to find the right floor plan, location, and price to fit your budget.

How long does it take to build a custom home?

Typically, it takes about 6 months to build a custom home. This is from the time construction starts until completion. In some cases, it may take longer because of bad weather or special-order items.

Can I use my floor plan, or do I have to use one of yours?

Keith Carothers Homes is very flexible. We have many plans to choose from that can be modified to fit your needs, you can bring in your own floor plan, or we will work from your basic ideas to provide you with a customized floor plan.
